TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Sue E. Myerscough on 1/6/2020. On January 2, 2020, Mr. John Gambaiani phoned the Court on his son's behalf, the plaintiff in this new case. Mr. John Gambaiani reports that his son expressed concern because his son did not intend to pursue a lawsuit with his letter but rather to inform Judge Mihm regarding mental health treatment in prison. The Court's law clerk informed Mr. John Gambaiani that Plaintiff could file a letter to that effect in this case or simply wait until the case is dismissed for failure to pay the filing fee. The clerk is directed to file Plaintiff's letter in Rasho v. Walker, 07-cv-1298, as a letter. (KE, ilcd) Modified on 1/6/2020 to correct typographical error. (KE, ilcd). |
