May 29, 2020 Opinion or Order TEXT ORDER entered by Judge James E. Shadid on 5/29/2020. The pro se Plaintiff has filed a complaint and a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP) #1 , #3 . Plaintiff's IFP motion is a handwritten document stating he is unemployed and does not have real estate, a vehicle, a checking or savings account, etc. Plaintiff does not state if he receives financial gifts from family and friends. In addition, Plaintiff has not provided copies of his Trust Fund Ledgers for the six months prior to filing his complaint. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(2). If Plaintiff wishes to proceed IFP, he must provide more information including an estimate of how much money he receives in gifts each month, any settlements he has received or anticipates receiving, and any other income. Therefore, Plaintiff's motion is denied #3 . The Clerk of the Court is to provide Plaintiff with an IFP application. Plaintiff must either fill out the form and resubmit his IFP motion or pay the $400 filing fee in full within 21 days or on or before June 19, 2020. If Plaintiff takes no action on or before June 19, 2020, his case will be dismissed without prejudice. (SAG, ilcd)
