TEXT ORDER: Plaintiff has filed a declaratory judgment action against East Side River Transpiration, Inc. See d/e #1 . Based on the Complaint, the cause of action arose out of Putnam County, Illinois. See d/e #1 . Putnam County is within the Peoria Division. It appears the Complaint should have been filed in the Peoria Division of the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois. Accordingly, the Clerk is DIRECTED to transfer this case to the Peoria Division. See CDIL-LR 40.1(D) ("All complaints and subsequent filings in cases which arise from the following counties:...
