The clerk has received a letter from Kenneth Brown, who is currently detained in the Rushville Treatment and Detention Center. The Court has directed that the letter be docketed as a complaint for record keeping purposes only. Mr. Brown asks to press criminal charges against all the parties involved in Plaintiff's alleged wrongful conviction and alleged wrongful detention in the Rushville Treatment and Detention Center. The Court cannot initiate criminal charges on Plaintiff's behalf. If Plaintiff is challenging his detention, Plaintiff should pursue all the state court remedies available to him, including state court appeals, before filing a habeas petition in federal court.
