TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Joe Billy McDade on 2/12/2021. Plaintiff William Lee Grant, II, is currently barred from litigating in this District until he pays outstanding monetary sanctions. See In re William Lee Grant, II, Case No. 3:19-mc-03002 (Doc. 1). The Order issuing these sanctions stated the following: "Should a case in which Grant is the plaintiff be removed to this District, the defendant(s) will not be obligated to respond unless Grant pays the fees he owes under this Order and files a notice of payment in that case. The defendant(s) will have the longest of twenty-one (21) days following the notice of payment is filed or any of the periods under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 81(c)(2) to file a responsive pleading. If Grant fails to pay the fees within twenty-one (21) days of the date on which the Notice of Removal is filed, the case will be dismissed." Id. Grant has not made any payment toward his monetary sanctions. Unless he either pays his monetary sanctions or moves the Court to lift the sanctions in accordance with the Court's Order issuing the sanctions within 21 days, this matter will be dismissed with prejudice.
