Plaintiff listed as his address an apartment in Chicago, Illinois. On March 5, 2021, the Court ordered Plaintiff to pay the filing fee or file a petition to proceed in forma pauperis by April 5, 2021. The 3/5/21 order and the notice of case opening have been returned as undeliverable, with the notation "Return to sender. Attempted-Not Known, Unable to Forward." This case cannot proceed without a current address from Plaintiff. Accordingly, this case is dismissed without prejudice and closed for Plaintiff's failure to keep his address current. No judgment will enter. (KB)
