TEXT ORDER Entered by Judge Sue E. Myerscough on 3/17/21. On March 4, 2021, Plaintiff filed a pro se complaint about an incident in Jacksonville Correctional Center. Plaintiff listed as his address an apartment in Chicago, Illinois. On March 5, 2021, the Court ordered Plaintiff to pay the filing fee or file a petition to proceed in forma pauperis by April 5, 2021. The 3/5/21 order and the notice of case opening have been returned as undeliverable, with the notation "Return to sender. Attempted-Not Known, Unable to Forward." This case cannot proceed without a current address from Plaintiff. Accordingly, this case is dismissed without prejudice and closed for Plaintiff's failure to keep his address current. No judgment will enter. (KB)
