February 14, 2022 Opinion or Order TEXT ORDER: Petitioner has filed #6 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. In his motion he asserts that he has $620.00 in a checking account and his attached Prison Trust Fund Ledger #7 shows that as of November 19, 2021 he had a balance of $68.50. As Petitioner's basic living expenses are paid by the government while incarcerated, the Court finds that Petitioner has sufficient funds to pay the $5.00 filing fee associated with this case. Accordingly, Petitioner's Motion #6 is DENIED. Petitioner is ORDERED to pay the $5.00 filing fee on or before March 14, 2022, or his Petition will be dismissed for failure to prosecute.
