TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Colin Stirling Bruce on 3/28/2022. Plaintiff's motion to compel #6 is GRANTED. On March 7, 2022, the Court denied Plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and gave him twenty-one (21) days within which to pay the required filing fee. Plaintiff has filed the instant motion advising the Court that the staff at the Peoria County Jail, where he is detained, will not process his request to pay the filing fee owed in this case, and he asks the Court to compel the staff at the Jail to process the filing fee payment to the Court. Based upon Plaintiff's representations, the Trust Fund Officer at the Peoria County Jail is ORDERED to process the $402.00 filing fee owed in this case from Plaintiff's trust fund account and to remit that $402.00 filing fee to the Court on his behalf. If Plaintiff needs to sign or to take any steps so that the Trust Fund Office at the Jail can process this payment, the Trust Fund Officer is ORDERED to provide those documents to Plaintiff for his completion and signature. The Trust Fund Officer is ORDERED to comply with this Order within twenty-one (21) days. Finally, the Clerk of the Court is directed to send a copy of this Order to the Trust Fund Office at the Peoria County Jail. (KE)

TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Colin Stirling Bruce on 3/7/2022. Plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is DENIED. According to his trust fund ledger, Plaintiff currently possesses a little over $2,000.00 in his prison trust fund account. Accordingly, the Court finds that Plaintiff is able to pay the filing fee of $402.00, in full, without being afforded the opportunity to proceed IFP in this case. As a result, Plaintiff must pay the filing fee of $402.00, in full, within twenty-one (21) days from the date of this Order. If Plaintiff fails to pay the filing fee, in full, within twenty-one (21) days from the date of this Order, the Court will dismiss this case. (KE)

TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Colin Stirling Bruce on 2/1/2022. Plaintiff has filed a Complaint but has not paid the $402 filing fee nor filed a petition to proceed in forma pauperis. Within 21 days of the entry of this order, Plaintiff must pay the $402 filing fee in full or file a petition to proceed in forma pauperis with attached trust fund ledgers for the last 6 months. Failure to comply without good cause will result in dismissal of this case without prejudice, and the Plaintiff will still be responsible for payment of the filing fee. See 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1914. The Clerk is directed to send Plaintiff the forms for proceeding in forma pauperis. (KE)
