February 18, 2022 Opinion or Order TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Joe Billy McDade on 2/18/2022. On 2/1/2022, Plaintiff sent a letter to the Court. Out of an abundance of caution and because Plaintiff's claims in the letter are unrelated to his claims in Case No. 19-3262, the Court opened a new case. On 2/15/2022, Plaintiff filed a letter asking the Court to explain why a new case was opened #4 . Plaintiff shall, within 14 days of this Order, inform the Court whether he intended to file a new lawsuit. If he did, he must pay the $402.00 filing fee in full or file a petition to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP) within 14 days. If he did not intend to file a new lawsuit, no filing fee shall be assessed and this case will be dismissed without prejudice.(SAG)
