Sec 1915A, the Court finds that the Complaint states two claims: (1) a failure to protect claim against Defendants Warden Austin, Lt. Payne, Lt. Goodman, Investigator Blain, and Officer Holiday and (2) a deliberate indifference claim to his serious medical needs against Defendant Officer John Doe. Any additional claims shall not be included in the case except at the Court's discretion and on a motion by a party for good cause shown or pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15. The Clerk of the Court is directed to effect service of process upon Defendants Warden Austin, Lt. Payne, Lt. Goodman, Investigator Blain, and Officer Holiday pursuant to the Court's standard procedures. The Clerk of the Court is further directed to dismiss Defendants Throbridge, Wexford Health Sources, Inc., and Nurse Doe because Plaintiff's Complaint fails to state a claim against these Defendants upon which relief can be granted. 28 U.S.C. Sec 1915A; Fed. R. Civ. Pro. 12(b)(6). The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter the standard qualified protective order pursuant to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
