TEXT ORDER by US Magistrate Judge Karen McNaught: At the Status Conference held 11/18/2022 plaintiff made an oral motion to withdraw the motion to withdraw #12 filed on 11/7/2022. The oral motion is ALLOWED and John Baker will remain counsel for plaintiff. The Clerk is directed to terminate the motion to withdraw #12 . The motion to compel #11 is ALLOWED. Plaintiff shall provide Rule 26 initial disclosures and shall respond to defendant's first request for production and defendant's first set of interrogatories to plaintiff by 12/9/2022.
