TEXT ORDER entered by Judge James E. Shadid on 6/17/2022. Plaintiff, a pro se prisoner, filed his complaint, a motion to proceed in forma pauperis, and a motion for appointment of counsel on April 19, 2022 #1 , #3 , #4 . Plaintiff was immediately advised he must notify the Court in writing of any change in his address or telephone number, and failure to do so would result in the dismissal of his lawsuit #2 . On May 4, 2022, a docket entry was returned to the clerk noting Plaintiff was no longer incarcerated at the address he had provided: the Sangamon County Jail. On May 11, 2022, the Court noted it had checked the IDOC website, but Plaintiff was not listed as an inmate, and regardless, it was ultimately Plaintiff's responsibility alone to provide his current address. See May 11, 2022, Text Order. In an abundance of caution, the Court allowed Plaintiff until May 18, 2022, to update his address or his case would be dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiff has filed nothing further. In fact, Plaintiff has filed nothing since his complaint approximately two months ago #1 . Therefore, this case is dismissed without prejudice for failure to prosecute with due diligence and failure to follow a Court order. See Fed.R.Civ.P 41(b). All pending motions are denied as moot #3 , #4 .(SAG)
