TEXT ORDER by U S Magistrate Judge Karen McNaught: Plaintiff Kathleen Shuck's Petition to Proceed in forma pauperis #2 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section is ALLOWED. The plaintiff's application was submitted under penalty of perjury and sufficiently demonstrates the plaintiff should be excused from paying the filing fee.
