TEXT ORDER: Plaintiff has filed a Complaint in this case against Defendants alleging constitutional rights violations and Section 1983 civil rights violations. See d/e #1 . From the face of the Complaint, the cause of action arose out of Macon County, which is also the county where Plaintiff resides and where Defendants either reside or were employed. See id. It therefore appears that the Complaint should have been filed in the Urbana Division of the Central District of Illinois. See CDIL-LR 40.1(D) ("All complaints and subsequent filings in cases which arise from the following counties:... Macon... will be filed at URBANA, ILLINOIS."). Accordingly, the Clerk is DIRECTED to transfer this case to the Urbana Division. Entered by Judge Sue E. Myerscough on 10/21/2022. (MAS)
