TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Michael M. Mihm on 4/28/2023: On 3/27/2023, Plaintiff filed a Complaint #1 but did not pay the $402 filing fee or file a petition to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP). On 3/27/2023, the Court ordered Plaintiff to pay the $402 filing fee in full or file a petition to proceed IFP with attached trust fund ledgers for the last 6 months within 21 days. The Court warned that failure to comply without good cause would result in the dismissal of this case without prejudice. To date, Plaintiff has not paid the filing fee or filed a petition to proceed IFP. Therefore, this case is DISMISSED, without prejudice. Plaintiff remains responsible for paying the filing fee in this case. (ANW) |
