TEXT ORDER entered by Judge James E. Shadid on November 9, 2023: In the Court's October 27, 2023 Text Order, the Court denied Petitioner's Motion to proceed in forma pauperis #2 , because he had failed to submit a copy of his institutional trust fund ledger. Petitioner has now submitted a copy of his trust fund ledger #3 , which shows he has $737.00 in his account. As Petitioner's basic needs are met while in custody, the Court finds that Petitioner does have sufficient funds to pay the $5.00 filing fee. Accordingly, Petitioner must pay the $5.00 filing fee within 30 days of this order or his 2241 Petition #1 will be dismissed without prejudice for failure to prosecute. Entered by Judge James E.
