TEXT ORDER granting #2 the Respondents' Joint Motion to Quash Subpoenas. Having reviewed the Respondents' Joint Motion and the Petitioner having not filed a response, the Court presumes there is no opposition to the Joint Motion pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7.1(B)(2). The Court sua sponte - twice - extended the Petitioner's deadline to respond to the Joint Motion. The Court also warned the second extension was the final extension and warned of the consequences for failing to respond by 2/8/2024. The state court subpoenas Petitioner Jeffrey T. TEXT ORDER: On 1/10/2024, the Court sua sponte extended the Petitioner's deadline to 1/24/2024 to file a response to the Joint Motion to Quash Subpoenas #2 . The Petitioner failed to file a response. The Court once again sua sponte extends the Petitioner's deadline to respond to the Motion to Quash. The Petitioner's deadline to respond is now 2/8/2024, and this is the final extension.
