On March 22, 2024, Plaintiff filed another copy of her complaint along with accompanying exhibits, which was docketed as a Motion for Leave to File Amended Complaint #6 . Plaintiff's Motion #6 is GRANTED. The Clerk is hereby directed to file the Amended Complaint and set the merit review deadline 30 days out. Plaintiff also filed an amended Petition to Proceed in forma pauperis #7 and a duplicative Motion to Request Counsel #8 , which is identical to her prior motion #4 . Therefore, #3 is MOOT, and the Clerk is directed to STRIKE #8 .(SAG)
