TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Colin Stirling Bruce on 7/23/2025. On June 30, 2025, Plaintiff filed this case, under 42 USC Section 1983, alleging a violation of his Constitutional rights. However, Plaintiff did not pay the required filing fee for filing this case, nor did he move for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. That same day, the Court ordered Plaintiff either to pay the $405.00 filing fee or move for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. The Court gave Plaintiff twenty-one (21) days to take one of these actions. The Court also warned Plaintiff that the Court would dismiss this case if he did not timely pay the filing fee or move for IFP status. As of today, Plaintiff has not responded to the Court's June 30, 2025; Plaintiff has not paid the $405.00 filing fee; and Plaintiff has not moved for IFP status. Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE based upon Plaintiff's failure to comply with the Court's June 30, 2025 Order and based upon Plaintiff's failure to pay the required filing fee in full or to move for leave to proceed in forma pauperis.
