TEXT ORDER entered by Magistrate Judge Douglas J. Quivey on 9/29/25: Before the Court is Plaintiff's Motions for Leave to File Amended Complaint, Doc. #14 ; Protective Order, Doc. #17 , and Emergency Motion for Access to Sealed Court Documents, Doc. #18 . On August 5, 2025, the Court entered Judgment against Plaintiff without prejudice. Thereafter, Plaintiff and another Plaintiff filed a second and related suit against the same Defendants, Maxwell et. al. v. Illinois Department and Children and Family Services, et. al., 25-cv-3247. Accordingly, to the extent Plaintiff's claims were dismissed without prejudice in this case, she is litigating them in the new case. Thus, Plaintiff's Motions in this case, Docs. #14 , #17 , and #18 , are DENIED as moot.(AWR)
