TEXT ORDER entered by Chief Judge Sara Darrow on 9/26/2025. Plaintiff filed a Petition to Proceed in forma pauperis #2 . Plaintiff's trust fund ledgers disclose that he spent down a balance of approximately $3,000.00 in the six months preceding this lawsuit. See #9 . His expenditures included more than $600.00 at commissary, and more than $500.00 for books, magazines, and catalogs. Plaintiff sent approximately $2,000.00 to individuals outside the prison for "savings" or "savings for when I release." The trust fund ledgers disclose that Plaintiff has assets outside the prison to which he still has access. Plaintiff's Petition to Proceed in forma pauperis #2 is DENIED. Plaintiff shall pay the $405.00 filing fee in full within 21 days of this Order. Failure to do so will result in dismissal of this case without prejudice. (SAG)
