The following deadlines are set: initial disclosures due by 12/24/2025, amendment of pleadings by 1/23/2026, additional parties, except opt-in plaintiffs under the FLSA, joined by 1/23/2026, Phase One discovery regarding the question of whether notice should issue to putative collective action members completed by 3/30/2026, and Plaintiff's to file motion and briefing pursuant to 29 U.S.C. section 216(b) relative to issuing notice to putative collective action members by 4/30/2026. The Parties shall submit an agreed plan for all remaining deadlines 30 days following either the close of the opt-in period, if the Court orders notice to issue to putative collective action members, or 30 days following any order denying Plaintiff's to-be filed motion for issuance of notice to putative collective action members.
