TEXT ORDER entered by District Judge Sue E Myerscough on 1/6/2026. On October 2025, the Court directed Plaintiff to either pay the $405 filing fee or file a Petition to Proceed in fomra pauperis (IFP). The Court advised Plaintiff that failure to comply would result in the dismissal of his case. The Court's Order was sent to Plaintiff at Graham Correctional Center, where Plaintiff remains incarcerated. See Individual in Custody Search for Cordell Sanders, IDOC No. R12186, https://idoc.illinois.gov/offender/inmatesearch.html (last visited January 6, 2026) (showing Plaintiff's parent institution as Graham). However, Plaintiff has not complied. Accordingly, the Court dismisses Plaintiff's case for his failure to comply with the Court's order. See Dorsey v. Varga, 55 F.4th 1094, 1104 (7th Cir. 2022) ("A district court has inherent power to manage its docket, which includes that power to dismiss a case for 'failure to comply with valid orders,' a category of dismissal for failure to prosecute." (quoting Thomas v. Wardell, 951 F.3d 854, 862 (7th Cir. 2020). (KE)

TEXT ORDER entered by District Judge Sue E Myerscough on 10/1/2025. Plaintiff has filed a Complaint but has not paid the $405 filing fee nor filed a petition to proceed in forma pauperis. Within 21 days of the entry of this order, Plaintiff must pay the $405 filing fee in full or file a petition to proceed in forma pauperis with attached trust fund ledgers for the last 6 months. Failure to comply without good cause will result in dismissal of this case without prejudice, and the Plaintiff will still be responsible for payment of the filing fee. See 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1914. The Clerk is directed to send Plaintiff the forms for proceeding in forma pauperis. (KE)
