Section 1915(b)(1), Plaintiff is assessed an initial partial filing fee of $350.00. The agency having custody of Plaintiff is directed to forward the initial partial filing fee from Plaintiff's account to the Clerk of Court within 30 days of this order. After payment of the initial partial filing fee (or immediately if no funds are available for that payment) the agency having custody of Plaintiff shall make monthly payments of 20 percent of the preceding month's income credited to Plaintiff's account to the Clerk of Court. November 18, 2025 TEXT ORDER entered by U.S. Magistrate Judge Douglas J. Quivey on November 18, 2025. Plaintiff Burnside's Motion to Extend Deadline to Request Counsel #26 is DENIED. There is no deadline for any renewed motion requesting court assistance finding volunteer counsel. Plaintiff Burnside's Motion to Extend Deadline for Status #27 seeks additional time to inform the Court regarding whether each Plaintiff wants to continue with this joint-plaintiff case or if they want to instead pursue their claims in separate suits, or not at all. The Court provided the parties with the relevant considerations in its Order #23 . The amount of legal work needed to prepare the status report is minimal. Each Plaintiff simply needs to write to the Court and inform the Court how she wants to proceed. The Motion #27 is GRANTED and the Plaintiffs' status reports are due December 8, 2025. The Court does not anticipate extending this deadline again.(SAG)
