Quivey on 2/17/2026: Before the Court is Defendants FSST Management Services, LLC d/b/a 605 Lending, Steve Christensen, and Dustin Dernier's ("Tribal Defendants") Motion to Stay Proceedings. (Doc. #10 ). For the reasons stated, the unopposed Motion is GRANTED. Regarding Tribal Defendants only, the case is stayed until the Seventh Circuit issues its decision in Joshua Harris, et al. v. W6LS, Inc., et al., No. 24-2056 (7th Circ.) (argued February 12, 2026). Once the Seventh Circuit issues its decision in Harris, Tribal Defendants have 30 days to respond or otherwise plead.
