TEXT ORDER entered by District Judge Jonathan E Hawley on 6/10/2026. On May 13, 2026, Plaintiff filed a Complaint which he failed to sign. Plaintiff also did not pay the $405 filing fee or file a petition to proceed in forma pauperis. The Court ordered Plaintiff to pay the $405 filing fee in full or file a petition to proceed in forma pauperis by June 3, 2026, and to file a signed Amended Complaint by June 4, 2026. (See d/e 3, 6). The Court warned that failure to comply would result in the dismissal of this case without prejudice. The deadlines have passed, and Plaintiff has not complied with the Court's Orders. Therefore, this case is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Plaintiff remains responsible for paying the $405 filing fee in this case. The Clerk is directed to close this case and enter judgment.(VH)

TEXT ORDER entered by District Judge Jonathan E Hawley on 5/14/2026. Plaintiff filed a Complaint #1 which he failed to sign. Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11 states, "[e]very pleading, written motion, and other paper must be signed... by a party personally if the party is unrepresented." Fed. R. Civ. P. 11(a). The Clerk is further directed to provide Plaintiff with a blank Section 1983 complaint form.
