Defendant Warren County Housing Authority ("WCHA") and Plaintiffs' 14 Agreed Motion for Entry of Judgment Pursuant to Rule 68 is GRANTED to the following extent: the Clerk is direct ed to enter judgment for Plaintiffs and against Defendant WCHA. The judgment shall state that Defendant WCHA is permanently enjoined from engaging in the activities described in this Order. The judgment shall further state that Plaintiffs are awarded reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred by Plaintiffs in an amount to be determined by the parties, or alternatively, by the Court.
