MERIT REVIEW OPINION entered by Judge Sue E. Myerscough on 5/3/2016. Pursuant to its merit review of the Complaint under 28 U.S.C. § 1915A, the Court finds that the Plaintiff alleges Health Care Administrator Lois Lindorff, Nurse Ruth Brown, an d Dr. Kul Sood were deliberately indifferent to the Plaintiff's serious medical condition. The claim is stated against the Defendants in their individual capacities. This case is now in the process of service. Defendant Wexford Health Services, Inc. is dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. See 28 U.S.C. § 1915A. The Plaintiff's motion for appointment of counsel is denied with leave to renew 4 . (MAS, ilcd)
