Filing 12 ORDER entered by Judge Sara Darrow on November 15, 2016. The Plaintiffs' 8 Motion to Approve Settlement of All Claims and for Creation of a Qualified Settlement Fund is DENIED. Should the parties again request the Court to approve their (1) s ettlement, (2) release and indemnity agreement, (3) creation of a qualified settlement fund (QSF) pursuant to 26 C.F.R. § 1.468B1, and (4) appointment of James E. Rowland as Administrator-Trustee; and to (5) retain jurisdiction over Plaintiffs a nd the QSF until the QSF disburses all monies pursuant to instructions provided by Plaintiffs, they must provide the Court with a properly supported memorandum of law explaining the legal basis for their request. The Clerk is directed to STRIKE Plaintiffs' 9 Motion to Seal. If Plaintiffs refile it, they must do so in accordance with Local Rule 5.10(A)(2). Motions submitted in compliance with this order are due by December 5, 2016. (RS1, ilcd) |
