Filing 8 MERIT REVIEW OPINION: Plaintiff has sent a letter to the Court which has been filed as a motion for the Court to appoint pro bono counsel. The motion is denied (d/e 7), with leave to refile, setting forth how far Plaintiff has gone in school, an y jobs he has held inside and outside of prison, any classes he has taken in prison, and any prior litigation experience he has.
