Filing 13 MERIT REVIEW OPINION: Plaintiff's motion for leave to file an amended complaint is granted. (d/e 11 .) The status conference scheduled for April 27, 2018, is rescheduled to July 6, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. Pursuant to its merit review of the amended complaint under 28 U.S.C. § 1915A, the Court finds that Plaintiff states an Eighth Amendment claim for deliberate indifference to his serious medical need. Wexford Health Sources, Inc., is added as a Defendant. The clerk is directed to separat ely docket Plaintiff's amended complaint. The clerk is directed to enter the standard order granting Plaintiff's in forma pauperis petition and assessing an initial partial filing fee, if not already done, and to attempt service on Defendan ts pursuant to the standard procedures.
