Filing 4 MERIT REVIEW OPINION: Pursuant to its merit review of the Complaint under 28 U.S.C. 1915A, the Court finds that Plaintiff states a constitutional claim for the lack of dental/medical care at the Henry County Jail. This case proceeds. The Henry County Jail is dismissed. The clerk is directed to terminate Defendant Henry County Jail. The clerk is directed to add Major Bobby Sloan and Captain Wendy Sanvidge as Defendants. The clerk is directed to enter the standard order granting Plaintiff's in forma pauperis petition and assessing an initial partial filing fee, if not already done, and to attempt service on Defendants pursuant to the standard procedures. According to Plaintiff, he was incarcerated in the Rock Island Jail from 4/12/18 to 5/25/18; the Knox County Jail from 5/25-18 to 8/17/18; and, the Henry County Jail from 8/17/18 to the present.
