On September 20, 2018, Plaintiff's complaint was dismissed and his motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis was denied without prejudice. The Court gave Plaintiff leave to file an amended complaint curing the deficiencies identified in its Order and another affidavit of indigency by October 12, 2018. To date, Plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint or a motion to proceed in forma pauperis. This case is DISMISSED.
