TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Joe Billy McDade on 1/18/2019. Mail sent to the Plaintiff at East Moline Correctional Center has been returned as undeliverable due to plaintiff being paroled on 11/28/18. Plaintiff was given 14 days to show good cause why this case should not be dismissed for his failure to keep the Court informed of his address. More than 14 days have passed, and plaintiff has failed to file a change of address. Pursuant to Local Rule 16.3(K), every pro se plaintiff must notify the Clerk of the court in writing of any change of address during the entire pendency of the case. It is not the Court's responsibility to independently maintain current addresses on all parties to pending action. This case is dismissed, without prejudice, for plaintiff's failure to comply with this Court's orders and his failure to comply with Local Rule 16.3(K). This case is closed. TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Joe Billy McDade on 12/18/2018. Plaintiff has filed a petition to proceed in forma pauperis ("IFP"). Plaintiff attests under penalty of perjury that he has no income whatsoever. Plaintiff's prison ledgers, however, reveal the regular receipt of income with $2,534.43 in his account at the time of filing. Plaintiff's petition is at best, in error, and at worst, fraudulent. Plaintiff's petition to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is DENIED. Plaintiff will have 30 days in which to pay the $400 filing fee or submit a corrected petition identifying his sources of income.
