TEXT ORDER entered by Chief Judge Sara Darrow on July 10, 2019. On June 11, 2019, United States Magistrate Judge Jonathan Hawley entered #4 an order finding that Plaintiff's #1 complaint did not sufficiently allege a basis for the Court to exercise subject matter jurisdiction over the case. Plaintiff was directed to file an amended complaint adequately alleging the factual basis for the Court's jurisdiction. Plaintiff did not file an amended complaint by the deadline set in the #4 order. Judge Hawley sua sponte extended the deadline to July 5, 2019. Plaintiff has still not filed an amended complaint. The Court therefore DISMISSES this action for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment and close the case. (AK, ilcd)
