TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Colin Stirling Bruce on 8/1/2019. Plaintiff filed a Motion to Proceed in forma pauperis (IFP) #3 . According to the trust fund ledgers the Court was able to obtain, Plaintiff has received ten (10) deposits over the past five (5) weeks in amounts ranging from $20.00-100.00, totaling $870.00. See #5 #14 . Plaintiff disclosed in his handwritten motion #3 that he receives money from family and states that he spends that money on commissary items and phone calls, but he has not disclosed the frequency of these payments, how long he has been receiving them, or whether he expects to receive them in the future. Accordingly, Plaintiff's Motion to Proceed in forma pauperis #3 is DENIED with leave to renew. Plaintiff must pay the $400.00 filing fee in full, or renew his IFP petition providing the information above within 30 days of this Order. Failure to do either will result in dismissal of this case without prejudice. Clerk is directed to send Plaintiff a blank IFP form. Plaintiff's Motions #8 #9 are DENIED as premature. Plaintiff's Motion to Request Counsel #11 is DENIED with leave to renew upon a showing that Plaintiff attempted to obtain counsel on his own. Pruitt v. Mote, 503 F.3d 647, 654-55 (7th Cir. 2007). A plaintiff usually makes this showing by writing to lawyers and providing copies of the letters and any responses received. Plaintiff's Motion #12 is GRANTED to the extent that it seeks a status and DENIED as to any other relief requested. This order addresses all pending motions.(SAG, ilcd)
