TEXT ORDER entered by Judge James E. Shadid on 4/9/2020. Plaintiff originally filed his lawsuit in state court and it was recently transferred to the Central District of Illinois for proper venue. #1 . Plaintiff has filed a motion for law library and computer lab access. #6 . Plaintiff asks the Court to order Rushville Treatment and Detention Center to allow him a specified number of hours each day in the computer lab and law library. The Court will not interfere in the daily administration of the facility. If Plaintiff is unable to meet a specific deadline, he may file a motion for an extension of time explaining why he needs additional time. If Plaintiff claims he needs law library or computer time to meet a deadline, he must explain why and what efforts he has made to request this time. The motion is denied #6 . (SAG, ilcd)
