According to Plaintiff's trust fund ledger, Plaintiff has received over $2,100.00 in deposits since April 2020 and has spent nearly all of that. #5 . The trust fund ledger also shows that Plaintiff receives regular deposits. Plaintiff should be able to pay the $400 filing fee in full if given an extension. This case is administratively closed with leave to file a motion to reopen by January 8, 2021, with payment of the $400 filing fee in full. The clerk is directed to close this case.
