Sec 1915A, the Court finds that Plaintiff's Complaint states two claims against Defendants : (1) a Due Process claim against Defendants Liberty Health Care Corporation, Shan Jumper, and Gregg Scott based upon the failure to provide mental health counseling to him and (2) a Due Process claim against Defendant Perez based upon the conditions of his confinement, i.e., Perez's failure or refusal to take COVID-19 precautions. Any additional claims shall not be included in the case, except at the Court's discretion on motion by a party for good cause shown or pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15. The Clerk is directed to enter the standard qualified protective order pursuant to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
