TEXT ORDER: The Court has reviewed XAPT Corp., XAPT Solutions Pty Ltd., and XAPT KFT's Notice to the Court #17 . Moreover, in the Order Transferring Petition #15 , the Magistrate Judge in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida noted that "[f]rom the current record, it is not clear that Plaintiff has properly served the third party."
