Varga, Appeal No. 16-3323 (7th Cir. 2016), Plaintiff "is barred from filing further civil suits in the courts of this circuit... and any papers he submits will be returned unfiled" until Plaintiff pays the $500.00 sanction imposed in that case. Id., ECF No. 17. Plaintiff is currently listed on the Seventh Circuit's restricted filer list. Accordingly, this case is dismissed without prejudice. All pending motions are denied as moot.
