MERIT REVIEW Order entered by Judge James E. Shadid on 9/2/2021. The Court DISMISSES Plaintiff complaint #1 under 28 U.S.C. 1915A(b)(1) for failure to state a federal claim on which relief may be granted. The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to terminate Jeff Bosaw, Shawn Thomas Connelly, Travis Jones, Joseph McGahey, Joshua M. Moats, Martae West, Anthony Williams, the Jail, and the State of Illinois as parties to this suit. The Court GRANTS Plaintiff leave to file an amended complaint within thirty days of the entry of this order and in compliance with the Court's guidance. If Plaintiff does not submit an amendment on or before the thirty-day deadline, the Court will dismiss Plaintiff's case without prejudice. The Court DENIES Jeff Bosaw's IFP petition #3 and Plaintiff's motion for counsel #4 for the reasons stated in the Court's Merit Review Order. See written order. (KE)
