TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Joe Billy McDade on 2/7/2022. On December 29, 2021, the Court noted that Plaintiff had filed a complaint but had not forwarded the filing fee or requested leave to proceed in forma pauperis. The Court entered an order on that date, giving Plaintiff 21 days in which to do either. Plaintiff has not complied and will be given a final opportunity, within 10 days, to pay the full $402 filing fee or file an IFP petition. TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Joe Billy McDade on 12/29/2021. Plaintiff has filed a Complaint but has not paid the $402 filing fee nor filed a petition to proceed in forma pauperis. Within 21 days of the entry of this order, Plaintiff must pay the $402 filing fee in full or file a petition to proceed in forma pauperis with attached trust fund ledgers for the last 6 months.
