This case is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE based upon Plaintiff's failure to pay the filing fee, in full. All other motions are denied as moot, and all scheduled hearings are vacated. Plaintiff may move the Court to re- open this case, but if he does so, his motion must be accompanied with the $402.00 filling fee required for this case. Otherwise, the Court will not re-open this case. Plaintiff has until October 7, 2022, to pay the filing fee, in full, and to move to re-open this case. Otherwise, this case will remain closed. No judgment to enter. The Clerk of the Court is directed to note on the Court's restricted filer list that Plaintiff has accumulated three-strikes under the Prison Litigation Reform Act. TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Colin Stirling Bruce on 9/2/2022. Plaintiff has filed a Complaint but has not paid the $402 filing fee nor filed a petition to proceed in forma pauperis. Within 21 days of the entry of this order, Plaintiff must pay the $402 filing fee in full or file a petition to proceed in forma pauperis with attached trust fund ledgers for the last 6 months. Failure to comply without good cause will result in dismissal of this case without prejudice, and the Plaintiff will still be responsible for payment of the filing fee. See 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1914.
