TEXT ORDER Entered by Judge James E. Shadid on 3/3/2023: In the Court's January 24, 2023 Text Order, Petitioner was ordered to pay the $5.00 filing fee or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis within 30 days. He has failed to do so. Accordingly, his Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus under 28 U.S.C. 2241 #1 is DISMISSED for failure to prosecute. This case is CLOSED. (TK) |
TEXT ORDER: Petitioner has filed a Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis #2 , but Petitioner has failed to include the required information to determine whether he is unable to pay. Specifically, because Petitioner is incarcerated, he must include a copy of his trust fund ledger, certified by the appropriate institutional officer, showing all receipts, expenditures and balances for the last six months. Further, his motion indicates that he gets Accordingly, Petitioner's Motion #2 is DENIED without prejudice.
