TEXT ORDER: The Court notes that the Plaintiff attached summonses to the Complaint #1 . On 12/1/2022, the Supplemental Rules for Social Security went into effect which caused this Court to eliminate Civil Local Rule 8.1. See PUBLIC NOTICE RE: THE ELIMINATION OF CIVIL LOCAL RULE 8.1 (Social Security Cases) on the CDIL website. The Supplemental Rules specify what a complaint must contain and how service will be effectuated. The Plaintiff's counsel is expected to comply with the Supplemental Rules for Social Security.
