October 20, 2023 Opinion or Order TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Sue E Myerscough on 10/20/2023. On 9/20/23 Plaintiff filed a complaint but did not pay the $402 filing fee or file a petition to proceed in forma pauperis. That same day, this Court ordered Plaintiff to pay the filing fee in full or file a petition to proceed in forma pauperis within 21 days. The Court warned that failure to comply without good cause would result in the dismissal of this case. The Clerk mailed blank forms to Plaintiff the same day. Because Plaintiff has failed to pay the filing fee or move to proceed in forma pauperis and because Plaintiff has failed to follow the Court's orders, the Court dismisses this suit without prejudice under Federal Rule 41(b). Judgment to enter for Defendants. See Harris v. Emanuele, 826 F. Appx. 567, 569 (7th Cir. 2020). (KE)

September 20, 2023 Opinion or Order TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Sue E Myerscough on 9/20/2023. Plaintiff has filed a Complaint but has not paid the $402 filing fee nor filed a petition to proceed in forma pauperis. Within 21 days of the entry of this order, Plaintiff must pay the $402 filing fee in full or file a petition to proceed in forma pauperis with attached trust fund ledgers for the last 6 months. Failure to comply without good cause will result in dismissal of this case without prejudice, and the Plaintiff will still be responsible for payment of the filing fee. See 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1914. The Clerk is directed to send Plaintiff the forms for proceeding in forma pauperis.(SAG)
