TEXT ORDER entered by Chief Judge Sara Darrow on 12/14/2023. Plaintiff sent a letter to the Court indicating several issues at his current place of incarceration. The Court cannot determine whether Plaintiff intended to file a lawsuit. Out of an abundance of caution, the Court opened this case to seek clarification from Plaintiff. If Plaintiff intended to file a lawsuit, he must file, within 14 days of this Order, a complaint with the Court and pay the filing fee of $405.00 in full or file a petition to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP). If Plaintiff fails to do so, the Court will assume he does not intend to proceed and it will dismiss any claims without prejudice. Clerk is directed to send Plaintiff blank complaint and IFP forms.(ANW) |
