This case is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE based upon Plaintiff's failure to pay the required $405.00 filing fee. Plaintiff may move to re-open this case within 14 days from the date of this Order. If he moves to re-open this case, Plaintiff's motion must be accompanied by the $405.00 filing fee or an Order from the Seventh Circuit demonstrating that the Seventh Circuit has lifted its ban on his ability to file new cases in forma pauperis. Otherwise, this case will remain closed. The Clerk is DIRECTED to close this case. No judgment to enter. See written order. (KE)
