TEXT ORDER entered by Chief Judge Sara Darrow on 11/5/2025. Plaintiff filed a Petition to proceed in forma pauperis #4 that contained no information other than his name and place of incarceration. His trust fund ledgers disclose that he received approximately $1,800.00 from sources outside the prison in the past six months, that he otherwise spent down his balance of approximately $2,700.00 during that time, and that he currently possesses $937.73 in his account. Based on Plaintiff's present balance and the funds he consistently receives from other individuals, the Court finds that Plaintiff is not indigent for purposes of 28 U.S.C. 1915. Plaintiff's Petition to proceed in forma pauperis #4 is DENIED. Plaintiff shall pay the $405.00 filing fee in full within 21 days of this Order.
